"Beautiful place away from the business of Queenstown but still easy distance to shops, restaurants etc. nice staff, warm rooms etc. Nice to have a little shop in the lobby too. The only negative would be the car parking I’d say. They have a good number of hotel car parks but when they are full you’ll have to pay for council parking."

"Was a very relaxing comfortable stay. Only problem was charged for parking and getting from parking room with heavy cases a mission and not marked very well"

"We were two friends in a Superior room with twin beds. Whilst the room was very clean and had a good (though small) bathroom we were there for a whole week and found it pretty cramped. There wasn’t much that could be described as “superior” about it as it was in a basement and had a view of a walkway where people went by above us. Possibly my fault as I didn’t investigate further into what the room would be like but they don’t have photos of these rooms on the website and I can understand why! The beds though comfortable had very soft mattresses Overall I think these apartments are fine for one or two nights but I wouldn’t choose to stay a whole week there again"

"I’m very disappointed I stayed at this hotel. The location and facilities are decent but the rooms are small. What’s most disappointing is the service of the hotel staff. Instead of going out of their way to please the guests, they are very indifferent. I would never stay at a holiday inn again."
