This exceptional three bedroom waterfront home encapsulates all that is Style and is situated in a quiet prestigious part of Corlette and features ducted air conditioning and free unlimited Wifi.

This home features quality inclusions and stunning views over the water from the large outdoor entertainment area with a weather auto censored awning. Three luxury bedrooms are located upstairs including the open plan King master bedroom and renovated ensuite with freestanding bath, double vanity which provides another oasis of peace and relaxation. The main bathroom has also been renovated and provides a shower, toilet and double vanity.

Downstairs the combined kitchen, dining and living area makes up the largest room in the house with floor- to-ceiling glazing to ensure the view can be enjoyed from every angle and seamlessly opens out to the waterside deck with gas BBQ and stunning waterfront views. The kitchen is beautifully fitted out with top of the line appliances and induction cooktop and the sleek laundry has a front loader washing machine, under bench dryer and third toilet.

There are two safe off-street parking spaces and ample of street parking, this modern home has an undeniable WOW factor and will be difficult to click out of holiday mode and back to reality!

Comfortable house with sunset views
A very comfortable and well-equipped house, opening directly onto a waterfront reserve - with amazing sunset views and lots of bird life! Very peaceful location, a stone's throw from a quiet beach - and only 5 mins drive into Port Nelson. Recommended for a restful get away.
