"Everything about this property was perfect. The scenic view from our room was beautiful. The room was modern and in excellent condition. We booked our stay for a family wedding in a venue in the nearby town of Jordanville, and it was a convenient distance while allowing us to enjoy the beauty of Cooperstown. "The property owner was very friendly and hospitable. He reached out ahead of time to let me know when and how to check in. He greeted my family and gave us a tour of the farmhouse. The house was perfect! The front porch was adorable with a beautiful view. It’s about 8 minutes from downtown Cooperstown and 12 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park. We would definitely stay there again!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful time at this home. Our son played at Cooperstown All, Star, Village, and this was the ideal place to stay. Waking up every morning to the beautiful lake while eating breakfast, was one of the highlights of our trip. Our kids fished, we relaxed, and it’s a wonderful home to entertain others as well.
