Very simple, clean, and inexpensive. Staff made special accommodations for us to have a very late check-in. Worked great for a single night stay before we checked into Cooperstown for week of baseball.

This place was awesome, super clean, friendly staff best price around per night and only 4 min away from Cooperstown ASV. May not look the best on the outside but a great place to stay overall. Highly recommended.

The room was clean the bed was wore out uncomfortable both beds in the room nice hot water the area was clean peaceful ton of parking ac was loud but cold check out around 7am the place was closed dropped key in drop off so unsure if u check in late in the evening if u could even check in or if there a problem overnight if could even get anyone to help. Good chance would stay again but wouldn't be my first choice

Simple but clean room. Refrigerator was a nice plus. Good location if you are going to Cooperstown All Star Village. Good for one quick night on your way to your next location.

The best thing about this property was the restaurant across the street! The woman at check-in was super friendly, attentive, knew about the area. She was excellent. Room and property need a complete update!!! Outrageous to pay almost $200 for such lack of quality. I imagine price was high due to graduations in area.

The hotel itself was dirty. The check-in office was disheveled and unclean. The room had a bleached rug. The bedsheets appear to be clean. The mattress actually was comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable, but I woke up to find a huge centipede, crawling down the wall over my head, followed by a huge moth flying around the room. I checked out after one night. I have to say they were nice enough to refund the balance of my stay.

Best place to stay. 4 mins away from All Star Village. Don’t spend too much money in chain hotels. This place is clean and safe and convenient.

Last minute reservation

The air conditioner was old and made a lot of noise but still worked. The blanket and sheets had stains but were clean but still bothered me. The pillows were flat but luckily, I brought my own. We only stayed for one night so we could see my daughter graduate from college. The beds were comfortable and worked for the night. For the price it wasn't bad.

This was exactly what I expected from an older motel. It smelled like cigarettes and the carpets are old. The shower is old, the linens are old, but everything is clean. The service was ok, we didn’t need much and we only stayed one night. If you need a quiet and clean place to stay at a reasonable cost $106 (tax and service charge included) this is the place for you.
