"There was no hot water for our showers the next day, after our 1-night stay. The first of the 4 of us, stripped off and went to get in the shower but not one drop of hot water, even out of the tap for washing hands. What! That's what an overnight stay is for - a bed and shower, the next morning. Not impressed!"

"Staff very pleasant and helpful, everything clean and basic, l saw two bathrooms on the top floor (where l was) although only a single toilet.. fortunately not busy though. Quiet and space to walk and access facilities, beautiful old building with high ceilings and huge balcony. I will revisit! Historical experience indeed! "
