"Fabulous location. Excellent staff. Great welcome. Well appointed and v spacious room that was clean in all the important places. A little grubby in places cleaned less frequently. Very good shared spaces. Restaurant 8.5/10. Some courses excellent but a chewy bit of tuna not good and it’s very noisy when busy. Would stay again. "

"We had double room with stunning view of Hout bay. Large room and quality bath room. With our room came garaged parking. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Downside: the area close to property feels quite unsafe and I wouldn't walk with my wife and daughter there. Access to a car a necessity in my opinion.

They have a gate that allows you to walk directly to the adjacent Groot winery! "Great hotel. Room was lovely - I had a corner suite with beautiful balcony and 180 view of Hout Bay. I think I got an upgrade. Love the staff, excellent location close to everything. Really cannot say enough about this hotel. Oh and Hout Bay area is amazing."
