He even got me an iron within 5 minutes when I was in a time crunch to get out to a reunion dinner that I was in town for. It was an easy 5 minute drive into downtown new London too. The ferry terminal to Fishers Island and Block Island is right there. Thanks William!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good but overall this hotel is 10-15 years overdue for a renovation. The hotel smells bad, and though the room was fairly clean the rest of the hotel was not. The shower ran either cold or extremely hot and was difficult to adjust anywhere in between. The bath towels were thin and small and basically Walmart quality. The listing on Expedia was very misleading. After this experience we’re only booking with IHG or Choice directly and avoiding unknowns. "

"You get what you pay for. This motel was the cheapest in the area for the weekend we needed. It was clean, mostly quiet and very convenient in location. However, if you need an actual kitchen, this was not it. There was a second sink but nothing else to allow cooking or any food prep."
