"The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good but overall this hotel is 10-15 years overdue for a renovation. The hotel smells bad, and though the room was fairly clean the rest of the hotel was not. The shower ran either cold or extremely hot and was difficult to adjust anywhere in between. The bath towels were thin and small and basically Walmart quality. The listing on Expedia was very misleading. After this experience we’re only booking with IHG or Choice directly and avoiding unknowns. "

"No hot tub, no breakfast, very dirty and run-down. Half the building was being renovated because of a bad fire involving 3 floors! Strong fire smell and broken elevator. They tried to put us in a room right next door to 10 rooms we could barely walk by doors, tools insulation and workers hammering and drilling. Moved us to the other end and downstairs. Still strong fire smell. Pool was dirty and stuff floating around. Hot tub boarded up and sauna no where to be found. We have stayed here before and it's sadly gotten so bad. Only positive thing was the staff. Unless your desperate stay away."

"Everything was fine just needs a more of a remodel, everything seemed old. The TV was barely working, the tub was clean but then when I turned on the whirlpool it got dirty. Hallway smelled weird but the room was fine. "

"Bacon had been previously cooked and then warmed up before it was served to me. Place is immaculately clean. Bed was comfortable. Ample parking. However, I was assigned to Rm. 130 which was located next to staff service area/ elevator. Until 10:30 pm i could hear that elevator and the banging of carts. I had been driving for several hours and couldn't get to sleep because of all the noise which resumed again at 5:15 am. I left the hotel exhausted. Never stay in Rm 130!"

"You get what you pay for. This motel was the cheapest in the area for the weekend we needed. It was clean, mostly quiet and very convenient in location. However, if you need an actual kitchen, this was not it. There was a second sink but nothing else to allow cooking or any food prep."

"They cancelled my reservation and while they offered to rebook at a Hyatt for us I had to mar at least three phone calls to finally receive my rebooking reservation! I am extremely upset because I chose the hotel specifically for its location and I booked back in October of 2025! Then they cancel the two days before I am to arrive’ seriously! The lame excuse was technical issues which allowed for overbooking! I booked in October! Why did I get moved and then the other hotel was another half hour farther from my destination! I expect better from Springhill Suites! "
