"I fully recommend this property, without hesitation! The home and the property are extremely well maintained and welcoming. Our extended family of 7 (teens and adults) loved our week in Pucon. "Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion.
