"I would stay again, a nice pub with rooms and a good breakfast. Large selection of artisan beers, and the food was nice and good value. It was right outside the Cathedral so very central, parking was a 5 or 10 min walk."

"I’d like to start off by saying the staff here, especially the manager and receptionist are exceptional, I cannot fault them in anyway, they went above and beyond to look after me, they get five stars. The down side is the hotel is very dated, it doesn’t look like the pictures, the gym is tired, the rooms and bathrooms especially and I didn’t have a good experience with the food. The manager sorted that though. My original room also was very damp smelling, but that was also resolved and I was able to move rooms. Unfortunately for me this wasn’t the relaxing spa evening I envisioned as a stopping point to my destination. I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t stay again. Best Western need to invest in this property, it isn’t the staffs fault, you have a very good team here and is a credit to your business, but you need to put money into the property and bring it up to date."
