"Parking and access are a major issue at this property. Parking is very, very expensive and accessing the front doors is difficult and cramped. Tried to find another entrance/exit and were stopped and harassed by security. Told us “the doors are locked and there are no other exits” When asked about fire code and whether that was legal or safe or not, security told us they would rescue us if there was a fire. This was quite disconcerting and affected the enjoyment of our stay. "

Restaurants were good but a little pricey. Across the street from Forest Park so golf, the zoo, and museums are very close. Front desk check in was fast and personable. Parking valet was great."
