"My friend and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights on a girls trip. The location was perfect, within a 10-20 minute drive of everywhere we wanted to go. We were able to check in a little early which was extremely convenient for us! We were also pleasantly surprised by the hotel doing a complimentary “happy hour” each evening of our stay with up to 3 drinks and a handful of snack options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Front desk is extremely slow."

"Rooms need a LOT of updating. Older hotel with ok amenities. Heat/Air conditioning unit did not work at all. Booked us in a room that was already occupied by another family. I always enjoy walking into someone else’s room. Hotel fixed it, but still very unsettling."

"The room and staff was fabulous but was not told they had major interior renovations being done. It was loud full of workers and construction trucks parked everywhere. I paid for the "Best" stay for my daughter, granddaughters and a great grand baby. My health is not well at nearly 70 and wanted it to be special. Which it was not. Pool and hot tub closed. The staff was incredible and evening meal fantastic. I hv no problem with the Drury staff but we would hv stayed at Union Station if we knew ahead. Next time I will research instead of blowing $400 for one night. "

"Had to switch rooms due to the rooms being nasty. Rooms seemed old and outdated. Mattress, pillow, and bed spread was uncomfortable. Some elevators were out of services. "

"Perfect Busch Stadium location and very attractive on the surface, but when you try to sleep you get a surprise. This is only the second hotel in 20 years that I can remember the noise level."

"The breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub were dirty looking, the water looked murky and there was stuff floating in it. We were disappointed because that's one of the reasons we booked there. The bathroom was small looked like a bathroom in a small apartment. The staff was nice, but I don't think I'll book here again. It was also noisy throughout the night."
