Classy Midtown 3BR, King Master

Spacious and swanky 3BR apt in the midtown, less than 10 min from downtown and many area attractions. Sleeps up to 6 with King master, queen 2nd BR, and full size sofa bed in 3rd. You'll love the blend of modern amenities and historic charm in this 125 year old home. Enjoy a night out and come home to a safe, clean, and comfortable apt. Fast wifi and free off-street parking. A great place for couples, business travelers, families, and small groups.

We are centrally located so it's great for getting to major city sites easily by car. The area is a good mix of old classic brownstones and new development. There is a restaurant a couple blocks to the west and grocery store and small shopping center 1/2 mile east but otherwise not many shops/restaurants within walking distance. We have a gravel parking pad with 3 off-street parking spots and free street parking in front as well.

"Is it safe? We've heard about St. Louis crime..."

Yes! Our neighborhood is among the safest in St. Louis (reference: Trulia crime stats). We've lived here for several years with no issues. Please know that the area is not near the areas (North and East St. Louis) that you hear about in the news. That said, it is a city neighborhood, not gated suburb and you'll find a wonderful melting pot of old homes, new development and diverse neighbors.

The whole apartment is yours! We have another airbnb in the apt above and we live next door. We won't disturb you but are always available if you need anything during your stay.

The apartment is rich with the history and character of a 123 year old house. You'll find the apartment is clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. You'll love all the space it has and the location is super convenient to access city attractions.

We are located near the highway so you will notice minor car noise while outside and very lightly from the inside when the room is quiet. It won't be an issue for most but something to note for those who are very sensitive to background noises. Turning on the fan or provided white noise machine will mitigate the sound if that is a concern.

This apartment is absolutely stunning and cozy! This location for what we wanted to see was a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again if we ever headed back to St. Louis. Joe was helpful and informative with good suggestions which help make our trip even better!

Quick getaway

Made a last minute trip to a new location we’ve never been and it was a great location close to everything. The place was cute, spacious for 4 kids and very comfortable!! The host, Joe, was very helpful and informative for places to eat and made sure we didn’t need anything else!

Absolutely stunning place

Amazing decor. Tons of space. Good beds. Really gorgeous apartment. Plenty of parking, place was sparkling clean. Third bedroom is a living space with large pocket doors and a gold pot couch, so not a full private bedroom. But worked well for us. This is a really lovely place to stay in central St Louis!

Brother's Baseball Weekend

# VRBO Review - RevisedMy brothers and I arrived on a Friday and found the place exactly as described on VRBO. The property was exceptionally clean and well laid out, with everything we needed already in place - linens, towels, dishes, and all the essentials. The entertainment setup was great, featuring Roku with various streaming options. The location was perfect - we could walk to breakfast just down the street, and when we Ubered to the ballpark for Saturday's game, it was only about 3 miles away and very affordable to get there.The neighborhood was quiet and charming, exactly what we were looking for. I was particularly impressed with how responsive the host was - whenever I sent a text with a question, I received a quick reply.Overall, this was exactly what we needed for our trip. Highly recommend!

In town for a concert downtown

Great host and in a nice neighborhood

Very nice place in a great location, close to downtown. The home was tastefully decorated and comfortable, and is bigger than I thought it would be. It is close to a highway, but there was a sound machine and a box fan that helped drown out any noise. Joe, the host communicated before, during, and at checkout. He asked if we needed anything and suggested a few local establishments. We would stay again if ever in the area

Spacious and Quiet

This is an older fourplex, very spacious, and nicely decorated/furnished. We loved the great open kitchen/den/living area and the kids were thrilled with some sort of game console as well as toys and books. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, at least it was when we visited right after New Year’s. It is a short drive to the Arch and City Museum, a little farther for other activities. Joe was a great host and very easy to get hold of. He responded quickly to a few questions we had and gave some good recommendations for places to eat. We also found a great ice cream place very close called Clementine’s. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic residence and excellent host

Our family of 6 (4 kids ages 4-16) had a wonderful time in STL, and this rental property was excellent. The place was exceptionally clean and has beautiful Victorian charm - original hardwood floors, fireplaces, exposed brick. Joe was a fantastic host. He is quick to answer questions and offered many thoughtful "extras" - cell chargers, Spotify on Alexa, tea and coffee, shower products, etc. There was also a small, foldable 4-in mattress that was perfect size for our 4-year-old on the floor. It's hard to find VRBOs that seat (eating) as many people as it sleeps, but the 6 of us easily fit around the dining table. We highly recommend this location and host!

Great home away from home

This is our second time staying at this property. The location is fantastic- close to everything but tucked away in a quiet corner. Owner is responsive and helpful, house is comfortable with lots of flexible sleeping options. We will likely come again .

The property was a nice find! It has a unique blend of 1900s features and updates that give it a unique charm. The couches slept wonderfully, the kitchen was very nice, and the bedrooms were great!

Fantastic Communication w/Host

We had a long weekend in St. Louis to watch a game, and this property was really great. Plenty of room, pictures and description are accurate, and host very communicative. We left our luggage in the unit after check-out time and picked it up on our way back to the airport, very easy. Traffic noise wasn't too bad, there isn't a ton of stuff within walking distance but if you rent a car or Uber/Lyft around it is no problem. Highly recommend!
