"The check in process was seamless. When we got to our room it was so hot. The condition of that room was run down! The window ac unit was extremely old as well, I turned it on the best I could figure out, it blew warm air. I called the front desk and Kenton assisted me in getting a new room. 100% better, the ac worked and the room wasn’t so run down. Food was good at the restaurant. Room was quiet through the night! "
