"The room, while clean, needs maintenance. The floor heater unit was ripping off the wall, leaving exposed wiring. The moldings were coming loose. The overhead room light was so dim it was comical. One of the bed lights was blown. I appreciate that the carpets have been replaced with faux wood flooring, but that stuff needs to be mopped daily, rather than just swept. On the plus side, I like that they still supply bar soap, and the bedding was fine with plenty of stench-free pillows. The location is convenient to I-70 but far enough from the highway to hear only minimal road noise. I would stay here again, although I thought it was kinda pricey for the condition of the room."

"The accommodations were 5 STAR. Quiet, very clean. The hosts have thought of every detail for their guests. Centralized location to freeway access and lots of things to see and do or just chill at the property. A definite stay again in the future."

"Great location for hiking and biking / Monument Corridor bike path just out the back door / unit was spotless and a pleasure to stay in / Air conditioning and heating both worked well / beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We will try to stay here whenever we visit Grand Junction. "

"The views are stunning, the grounds are well -maintained. The hot tub was in good order and large, the kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were modern and operating well.However, the bathrooms and Bedrooms were dusty, the carpet had areas that needed better vacuuming throughout the home. The bathrooms were outdated (I suppose that's why there were no photos of the bathrooms.) The bathroom in the Primary bedroom does not have a shower or a shower curtain to contain any water from splashing out. The owners took 3 days to respond to my first inquiry, and did not respond to my second message until the VRBO representative left messages for them. The living room area was spacious with comfortable furnishings, but the beds were hard."

"Clean, no hair dryer, about 5 cabinets were hanging or needed attention, arm of one couch was broken-looked like someone sat on it and there were other things cracked, walls damaged that we found on arrival. Hot tub was great and needed! "

"Very comfortable, felt like a very safe neighborhood, and the property manager was accessible. My only slight regret was that the kitchen only seemed to have a microwave (and maybe a toaster oven? It wasn’t accessible, as I recently had an injury and couldn’t get down on the floor to take it out of the cabinet it was in.) However, for the size and comfort of the space, the lovely bathroom, and my sense of safety, I was extremely pleased and would stay there again."
