"Gostei muito do lugar, fica na Rota gastronomica de Floripa, são inumeros restaurantes com pratos maravilhosos.
Quanto a pousada, o Jean (quem atende e deve ser o dono), é uma boa pessoa e educado, mas a pousada precisa de pequenas correções:
a) O quarto em que fiquei era grande, mas o guarda roupas só tinha prateleiras, não tinha um cabideiro para pendurar uma roupa.
b) O chuveiro era quente, porém sai pouca água, precisa abrir mais o registro.
c) O quarto todo com 2 tomadas, e ainda das...

"A estadia de forma geral foi ok. Porém com alguns pontos que podem ser melhorados. Por exemplo, o chuveiro fica pingando direto, o hotel não tem elevador e fiquei no 3º andar. Ao chegar para fazer o check in, eles dão a toalha e umas amenidades na própria recepção, aí vc tem q subir sozinho as escadas com suas malas e ainda segurando toalha e amenidades (lógico q tive que descer novamente para pegar, pq não teria como). "

"they have no ability to offer custer service, pay help refund help, they chat people don't care to give excellent service. they need to work on their management system. they wouyld have gotten three great reviews from me, but I must give you what your asking for with the terrible hospitality as a hospitality provider"

"O Quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, tive que dormir de janela aberta e no frio. No dia seguinte solicitei para trocar o quarto. Recepcionista da noite não é cordial com os hóspedes.
Não me ajudou com as malas. Hotel não tem rampa de acessibilidade na entrada do prédio, somente escada. Não tem estacionamento, acabei estacionando na calçada do prédio. "
