Cheguei no hotel para ficar 5 noites, e por 2 dias meu quarto não tinha água quente no chuveiro nesse inverno de 12 graus em Florianópolis. Esse foi o único problema que tive nessa estadia. Chegaram a me oferecer um outro apartamento com água quente somente para tomar banho e voltar para o meu. Quando cheguei nesse apartamento recém desocupado e ainda sujo e bagunçado me recusei a usá-lo pq como hospede pagante não tenho que passar por isso. E fiquei 2 dias sem água quente até voltar no 3º dia.

Ótima estidia. Fiz entrada antecipada, com pagamento de pequena taxa, e pude usufuir do café da manhã, que por sinal é excelente. Funcionários receptíveis e simpáticos. Único poré, que a água poderia estar um pouco mais quente (temperatura amena). Mas, está aprovado.

Excelente hotel, apenas um apontamento a melhorar

O hotel foi reformado recentemente. Estrutura de boa qualidade, funcionários atenciosos e educados. O único apontamento é quanto a higienização do quarto durante a hospedagem (nesta estadia porque em vezes anteriores não ocorreu isto). A pia do banheiro e box não foram limpos durante a estadia. Contudo, isto não interferiu expressivamente na estadia.
