Parking was easy and secure. They provided us with a parking pass once we checked into our room. The room was clean (for the most part) and the hotel itself was nice. My only issue was that we saw exactly one roach during our stay. This concern me a little because the other wood spring suites I stayed at in PG County had a roach infestation and it made me think this was a franchise thing. However, as far as we know, there was only that one we came across.

Price and location were perfect but as an efficiency room with a stovetop you assume that basic cooking and eating items are available. They need to make it clear that you either need to bring pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware or there is an additional cost.

Parking was safe. Gym in equipped. Cleanliness zero(there were roaches in the room), bathroom barely cleaned upon checkin. They only provide housekeeping after 2 weeks.

Well the room was decent. Could have used better pillows. It was safe enough to sleep in after my boyfriend double checked the sheets because there was a roach in the bathroom and I recorded a video just to be sure so we did not bring any bags in there and the clothes we had we put it in the microwave so nothing could crawl on them. I understand people also live there but Iā€™m not sure we would come back

This property is not worth the rate. It's dirty from the lobby to the rooms. Shower didn't work, roaches, dirty floors, dirty tub, dirty refrigerator, dirty elevator, only one set of towels & washclothes per person (regardless of how long you stay). The only plus is the location!

Added amazing time. We had so much fun that we ended up. Extending outstage another week. John The manager and Stacy the overnight front counter person personal. Her was great Stacy. The overnight young lady was awesome. And then they saw a room which was clean at onen. It's housed that you're comfortable and secure awesome title. I'm tired recommend anyone.

Loud road, little sound deadening in general

Road nearby can be loud. Very easy to hear neighboring rooms as well. There was an extra fee for the Linen which was notade clear anywhere in the description of the property. An extra 9.50 to have sheets?? Overall the room was clean and the staff were helpful, it was good for the price, but you should be accepting some sounds throughout the night
