"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to cleanliness issues. We found debris in both the towels and bed linens, and the bathroom was dusty with an unpleasant smell. There are also quite a few stairs to reach the rooms, which can be challenging with luggage. On the plus side, the pool and onsite café were nice amenities and the highlight of our stay. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"Me encantó el recibimiento, los detalles y atenciones. Los detalles para mis niños y los pasteles de nata muy ricos y súper lindo detalle para llegar a Portugal con esta súper bienvenida. Ubicación excelente. Lo único que no nos gustó fue una mesera en el restaurante en el desayuno, que le pedimos una silla de bebé para nuestra mesa y nos dijo súper grosera que solo hablaba portugués (pésima actitud, ya que si estás en un hotel es obvio que te toparás con muchas nacionalidades e idiomas)…y aparte en vez de traernos la silla como su servicio de mesera, nos dijo igual de manera grosera que nosotros fuéramos por ella silla queríamos utilizarla …tuvimos que ir por ella , cuando lo normal es que los meseros te la acerquen."

"Hotel is very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast very good, Nelson who works at breakfast time was friendly speaks very good English and help us where in Lisbon is best to visit as well as lady at the reception (sorry I don’t get your name). Close to city centre, about 15 minutes walk."

"Had a great stay at Florescente. It's hallways are furnished with nice little niches with old style furniture, which gives a great relaxing vibe. Room was clean, staff was friendly, location was absolutely the best I could have had. Also pleasantly surprised it had a tiny pool area (though not 100% children friendly due to its size and being in the courtyard facing all the rooms in the hotel, but still a huge plus). My bathroom was clean, but was due for an upgrade. The shower was a bathtub with slanting, slippery sides and rounded corners, which is not the safest way to have a shower. Also I thought the days with the awkward solid soap wrapped in paper was over. Wall hung dispensers is the thing now 😊 Great vibes in the lobby area with classic furnishing and a small bar, with outside seating as well. Very giod breakfast with homemade eggs and good coffee. Not much more to say, I am looking forward to coming back!"
