"Every and I mean every member of staff was welcoming and happy to have a chat and see how they could make our stay better - from the manager, to the chef, porter, activity co-ordinator, groundsman. Absolutely top notch service."

"The staff were incredibly nice and helpful - it's lovely having a person on-site that is knowledgeable and able to book all regional tours on your behalf - the property and rooms have stunning views (and are evidently pretty new) and the hot tubs are a definite bonus. The menu changes every day, all delicious. We stayed 3 nights, we wish we could have stayed at least a week! Ps. The Termas del Sol nearby are well worth a visit! "

"La propiedad está muy cerca de Los Saltos del Petrohué y el Lago de Todos Los Santos. Las micros locales pasan cada media hora y es barato llegar a cualquier destino. En la siguiente esquina hay food trucks y cruzando la carretera a pie se puede llegar a restaurantes locales que son muy buenos. ¡Qué lugar más hermoso tienen! Nos encantó todo, la propiedad bien cuidada y lleno de hermosas flores, las habitaciones bien diseñadas, el baño espacioso, los espacios compartidos son limpios, el desayuno completo con todo riquísimo, la atención personalizada y con el toque humano que los destaca al máximo. Francisca un amor y llena de entusiasmo. Macarena y Rodrigo tienen la vocación de servicio y dan la milla extra en cada interacción. Los felicito por mantener siempre altos estándares de servicio y hospitalidad. Con gusto volvería a reservar en Entre Volcanes y sin dudar los recomiendo a quien se me ponga en frente. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! "

"Great stay in the middle of the forest. We stayed on a cabin the first night and in a dome the second night and really enjoyed it. The accomodation was clean, quiet and overall great to relax and connect with natute. The hotel prepared for us a tinaja-grrat experimve taking bath under the stars. We also enjoyed massage that is available by request. "

"Mountain paradise"

"The Lodge/B&B is very well run by a semi-retired couple. Our room was small but there are 2 comfortable common spaces for guests.Breakfast was the best I have had in Chile as it includes homemade breads and jams and fresh juice. The yard has many apple trees, and backs onto a small beautiful river. There is a sauna, hammocks and lounge chairs so you can relax outside. The Lodge is only a couple of kilometers from the hot springs 'Termas Del Sol' which is very impressive. A few kilometers further down the same road is Llenquinau park with hiking and horseback riding trails. "
