What's nearby

  • One of the best places in Chile to visit. Many people told me it's like Yosemite like 20 years ago, before it became so touristic. If you come to Chile I recommend it 100%. Although I must say every year more people come here, so make reservations in camping La Junta before you come. It's the biggest one in Cochamó and it has a limit of people so you have your space. To get here you have to take a bus from Puerto Varas to the town of Cochamó, then another one that will take you 8 km inside and then you have to walk for about 4 hours to get to the camping, trust me, it's worth it. Most people stay for 4 days or so, I stayed for 10 and it's perfect, you get to do all the trekkings and have some days to rest (you'll need them). If you climb this is your paradise and you'll stay for 3 whole months.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful - it's lovely having a person on-site that is knowledgeable and able to book all regional tours on your behalf - the property and rooms have stunning views (and are evidently pretty new) and the hot tubs are a definite bonus. The menu changes every day, all delicious. We stayed 3 nights, we wish we could have stayed at least a week! Ps. The Termas del Sol nearby are well worth a visit!

Dias perfeitos no refúgio!

Sem palavras pra descrever o quão maravilhoso o Tawa é! Lugar lindo e realmente totalmente inserido na natureza. A arquitetura é linda, combinando madeira e vidro e tudo é muito aconchegante. Os quartos são impecáveis, banheiro impecável e rústico. A vista do quarto é uma moldura virada para o rio. Mesmo na baixa temporada, o hotel estava quase todo cheio, muito animado, clima bom, hóspedes muito queridos. Destaque para o staff muito atencioso, solícito, acolhedor e preparado: Cynthia, Eliana, Diego, Nathalie e Ivan! Gracias! Fiquei meio resfriada e Cynthia preparou uma chá de limão, mel e gengibre delicioso! O café da manhã é impecável e todo o menu do restaurante. A cada dia, o menu varia: muito bem servido, apresentado e opções dignas de restaurantes de grandes capitais. Parabéns ao chef! A hot tub também é deliciosa para um dia chuvoso e friozinho. Não deixe de fazer! A equipe também é muito bem preparada para indicar passeios e organizar a logística. Não deixem de ir à Termas del Sol, experiência única e muito perto do hotel. Para quem estiver de carro (melhor opção), a melhor forma de ir é por Puerto Montt pegando o ferry Caleta la Arena x Puelche.

Lugar incrível

Pensado nos mínimos detalhes, Tawa nos surpreendeu. Localização fantástica, passeios acessíveis, atendimento individualizado. A cada dia um menu diferente, com produtos e receitas regionais, o chef está de parabéns. Até a música ambiente era de muito bom gosto. O lago Tagua-Tagua é de tirar o fôlego.

Una Experiencia Inolvidable: Naturaleza y aventura

Mi pareja y yo elegimos este hermoso hotel para nuestras vacaciones y la experiencia superó todas nuestras expectativas. Desde el momento en que llegamos, quedamos impresionados por la amabilidad del personal durante el proceso de registro. Fue rápido y eficiente, lo que nos permitió comenzar nuestra escapada sin demoras. La ubicación de este lugar es sencillamente maravillosa. Rodeado de paisajes asombrosos, como bosques y el río Puelo, nos dejó sin palabras. La vista panorámica que ofrece es simplemente espectacular y nos hizo sentir completamente inmersos en la naturaleza. Nuestra habitación fue una delicia. Cálida y acogedora, nos brindó el refugio perfecto después de un día de trekking. Pero lo que realmente nos sorprendió fue la comida. No puedo dejar de elogiar el exquisito guiso de mote con plateada que probamos en el restaurante. ¡Una auténtica delicia! Además, la atención del personal en el restaurante fue impecable, siempre dispuestos a asegurarse de que disfrutáramos cada bocado. El personal en general merece un reconocimiento especial. Siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar, hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. En particular, nos asistieron en la coordinación de un emocionante viaje en lancha al Parque Tagua Tagua, un lugar de una belleza abrumadora. La limpieza y el mantenimiento del hotel fueron impecables. Tanto nuestra habitación como las áreas comunes estaban siempre impecables y acogedoras, lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más placentera.
