"Excellent option to visit Puerto Varas, nice views to the lake and warm hotel."

"Overall, I would say it was a nice stay, but there are several areas that need improvement, especially considering the price. The hotel room felt a bit run down and outdated, although it did have a very nice view, which was definitely a highlight. The reception staff at the front door were very kind and helpful throughout my stay, which made a positive difference. Breakfast was good in terms of quality, but I was not greeted upon arrival, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal. The restaurant, however, served a very good sandwich and coffee, which I enjoyed. The spa experience was disappointing. While it had the potential to be relaxing, the facilities felt neglected. The pool was not clean, the jacuzzi was not working, and at one point they even ran out of water. They also did not have robes available in my size, which shows a lack of attention to detail. The massage itself was not good. The therapist seemed rushed, had a poor attitude, and was not particularly polite or attentive. It felt like the session lacked care and professionalism. Given the overall condition of the facilities, rooms, and building, I believe the property would really benefit from renovations. At its current price point, it does not offer good value compared to other places with better-maintained facilities and higher-quality service. In summary, a pleasant stay in parts thanks to the staff and the view, but the overall quality does not match the price."

"Yes, the room had a great view of the ocean and downtown Puerto Montt. This property has seen better days. The room seems a bit worn and although comfortable, very basic with no added amenities. I had continuous hot water, a smoking terrace so you didn't have to go out the front (very important since Puerto Montt- especially at night- can be dangerous) and a buffet style breakfast. "

"Lindo hotel, muy bien ubicado, con un hermoso jardín central desde donde se distribuyen las habitaciones. El desayuno magnïfico, muy completo y rico. El mayor problema de este hotel es la falta de aislación de sus habitaciones, se escucha todo desde las habitaciones vecinas, desde el segundo piso y desde el jardín. Nos informaron que ya habían reforzado la aislación tiempo atrás, pero sin duda no fue suficiente en absoluto. El personal es muy amable, cordial y preocupado."

"Staff was very nice and room was clean. It is a good location, close to the center and for those who intend to dine out at restaurants. Very unique building. We found that the room was very small for my wife and I and our luggage and there are no mini-fridge in the room to put your beverages or to refrigerate the food items we bought in the markets, etc. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy at night because our room was close to a terrace where people stayed up late."
