Good area for the Hotel, staff were excellent, someties at breakfast overworked espessially by some awkward and arrogant guests from a neighbouring country. I would not have had the patience. Well done to them.!!

Nice location

Lovely position with great view & massive room. Free parking & the best breakfast of our 2month trip so far. The public places are looking a bit tired & tatty & needs an update It's a bit awkward with the breakfast & check out desk being on the 11th floor, the rooms then being on floors 5-10 with parking in the basement. This meant you needed to take your bags up to the 11th floor from the 7th floor in our case, to check out, then go back down again, past the 7th to the basement....

Good hotel

Check in was very poor as it is at any Accor hotel. I felt the reception team were very unhelpful. The room was a good size and well appointed, spacious and a lovely sea view. The hotel location is excellent. The breakfast was very good and the staff extremely efficient. I would recommend if staying in the area.

The hotel was fine. The room was large, clean, and a nice balcony overlooking the water. Wifi didn’t work half the time and the entry into the hotel was strange (you couldn’t open the door from the outside but had to wait for someone inside to let you in) but those are relatively minor issues

The view from the room was amaising, the girls from reception were very nice and helpfull, the parking spot very safe. Neg. The restaurant where the breakfast was served, Didn't have enough tables and the service was very poor.

Pros: Good view of the bay. Cons: Plumbing problems with no maintenance staff available outside of business hours. The entire hotel lost hot water due to a water line break. The toilet stopped working and their only solution was to move to another room. The AC did not work (entire hotel).

2nd Stay in 3 weeks - this time wasn't as good.

We stayed here on our way south 3 weeks prior and it was amazing. This time, it wasn't because the A/C was broken, and it was uncomfortably hot for sleeping. It's a great location - we walked to/from the bus terminal each time. It's waterfront (I watched dolphins right in front of our room.) All the rooms face the water. The breakfast could use an upgrade. This time, the food warmer for the vegetables and eggs, wasn't warm at 7:30am. Personally, as someone with a lot of food allergies, including eggs, dairy, and gluten, I would love to see more separation as the utensils get used from the eggs to the vegetables, the cheese to the meats, etc. Overall, I would stay here again. Hopefully, the A/C would be working in the summer, though :)

No bath or shower for two days with a 4 year old

We didn’t have hot water for two days and therefore didn’t bath or shower for two days. Every day I came back my key didn’t work and I had to go to reception . The carpets are old and dirty. The cafe on the top floor offers very little. There no facilities. My window was dirty in the bed room and on the top floor. I usually don’t complain at the location of the hotel is perfect for the town and the view is nice and the price was decent for the room size and location. But I think the hotel should give me some money back for not being able to shower or bath for two days as their water is freezing and they acknowledged their water heater was broken.

The view was beautiful. The rooms are run down and food wasn't great. The bed however was very cozy. We had warm water to shower, it didnt get very hot. Receptionist were very friendly and helpful.
