"Excellent resort for families! Great pools and the lazy river and real sand beach were big hits with our 3.5 year old. Just a note, the water slides have a height limit and your kids will probably have to be 4 years or older to go on them. We loved the food as well! Highly recommended!"

"This is definitely not a 4 star hotel in anyway shape or form. The room was clean specifically the bedding, but definitely needs updating especially the bathroom from the room we stayed and the old carpet in the room, and then old furniture. The restrooms in the lobby are really old and need major maintenance. The pool like other people have mentioned in other reviews is really dirty. I would stay here again but not go in the pool and hoping they offer rooms without carpets."

"We checked into a double room, the suite was spacious! Loved the pool the bar and kitchen was excellent! Food is absolutely delicious! The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was also excellent. There are a few outdated things on the property, like we had issues with the elevators and since we were on the 3rd floor it was inconvenient with luggage. But anything we needed they immediately tried to rectify and assisted us immediately. I love the views from this hotel. Dusk is my favorite by the pool! Thanks for an amazing stay. Can’t wait to go back!"
