Holiday Homes in Coachella Valley Preserve - Thousand Palms Oasis Preserve

"The check in takes long time. Guests lined up for more than 30 minutes to check in. The pillow cases supposed to be white but look yellowish. The room is not sound proof, we can hear people talking and laughing next door. Worst of all, the water became hot late evening, no cold water at all in the bath room. I heard some people complain they had only cold water in their room."

"The place looked clean, and cozy. But needs some upgrade like Definitely need to replace the 2nd floor outside flooring as you could feel some soft spots when walking. The room was great clean and comfy. We got the room with the indoor hotspa and was great but also the floor in the hotspa was chipping as we could feel the pieces as walking. The room toileries definitely need some upgrade for the price of the room. Front staff were awesome, the morning cleaning staff could use some training on how to knock on doors instead of peaking thru the windows when checking to see if the people are still in the room. We didn't get to enjoy the outside pool as it was extremely windy, but did look like fun. Location and parking are easy to access."

"The staff was friendly and very attentive. The swimming pool was great and the service in the pool area was good. The brunch buffet wasn’t the greatest and it was pricey. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved our night away! "

"The room wasn’t clean as expected. We saw 2 cockroaches, one the bathroom and the other one in the kitchen. The kitchen smelled bad. Carpet was dusty and old."
