"This was our second stay at this lovely house on the river. We had 6 adults plus our dogs, so we were thrilled to find a place to accommodate such a large group. Enjoyed the front porch overlooking the river, which was big enough for all of us to use at once, and made use of the back patio with grill. Many charming antiques throughout the house and a beautiful (and large) hand made dining room table. We brought several kayaks and really enjoyed the river. "Our entire family stayed together at Tree's House and we had such a great experience! The house is so interesting, with its early 20th century architecture, and it's so comfortable, with its modern upgrades. We had plenty of room for all of us and the house felt so homey. Perfect for family meals, game nights, and roasting s'mores. Communication with David was easy and he had the house stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I can't recommend Tree's House enough!"

"There was a road closure to the property. I received directions on how to bypass the detour from the host. We had no issues at all. Great place has everything you need. Will be back!"

"We rented this lovely house in Warren so that we could be close Jake's Rocks on the weekend and close to Erie on the day of the total solar eclipse. The house has sizable kitchen and was a great place to cook good food and enjoy time with friends before moving on to Erie to catch the solar eclipse. "The bears den was a nice quiet getaway for me and my wife to celebrate our anniversary. She chose this time of year because of the fall leaves and the Allegheny national Forest was full of awesome autumn sights. The property is a repurposed restaurant and each unit has a unique theme. We loved the decor and the privacy. The river is short walk from the front door. We would stay again for sure. "

"Nice studio sized space perfect for the boss and I. Close enough to walk to the riverbank, and short jaunt up the road to the sis-in-law’s place. Nicely decorated and cozy. Patio area was perfect to sit, enjoy a couple of cold ones and relax after a day of galavanting through the wife’s old stomping grounds. 5 star space with 2 minor things: A new mirror in the bathroom would be nice and I would like to recommend adding pillows to the “bring your own linens” list. "The home was very nice, clean, and renewed. It was a pleasant stay which our dog enjoyed as well due to the small gated area we could let him out into. We had contacted the owner a couple of times, and he was always quick to answer. We would absolutely stay here again!"
