Clarence River Bed & Breakfast is a lovely place to stay only 20kms out of Grafton. The property has great views over the Clarence River and great facilities. Terry and Greg are great hosts and the breakfast was fantastic. Only sorry I didn't get to stay longer.

Excellent boutique apartments in the best position in Yamba. Tastefully decorated with designer touches. Overall 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back!

Cabin 5 (modern/retro) is yet to be fully refurbished, but it still was comfortable, clean and a little slice of peace with valley views. The hosts are so helpful and the bed very comfortable. The only tiny flaw was low shower pressure, which was no surprise being tank supplied. Just wash your hair another day! We will definitely be staying here again

Every thing was perfect. Massive bathroom. Large outdoor area..great location.

I loved the location! Right on the beach and what a beautiful walk first thing in the morning. Would highly recommend this accommodation if you are visiting the area.

Beautiful location Clean and tidy

This accomodation was very convenient for travellers being on the main highway and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I was surprised that it actually wasn’t very noisy given the proximity to the highway. I appreciated that I was able to check in after 5 and the 11am checkout was nice too. We enjoyed our stay very much. We then went onto a hotel up in the Gold Coast but had wished we stayed on at Emerald Beach. It has a pizza restaurant, coffee shop, a mexican restaurant and a bottle 'o within a minutes walk. The kids loved the water park, beach and the jumping pillow. We will return for a holiday here again.

The hotel was amazing, peaceful and in a beautiful spot, in between the river and the ocean, and only 30 seconds from each! The proprietor, Gordon, was very friendly and helpful, and made it clear to us that he would provide anything we needed. He was a wealth of information on the area, including the best times and places to fish, and he made the stay that much more wonderful. We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back! Would recommend these apartments to anyone.

A lovely park with beach/river access. Quiet. Clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly

We recently stayed 4 nights, when the whole town was booked out for an event. The managers even allowed us to add an extra person for one night, and were kind enough not to charge any more for their bed and linen which I really appreciated. We have stayed there on another occasion too, a year ago and were just as satisfied. BBQ and Pool areas are a plus and are well maintained. Its not 5 star but was perfectly adequate for our needs clean and well maintained.

Friendly check in. Clean room. Comfy bed. Walk to bistro for dinners. Food was plentiful. Would recommend.

It was very noisy in the morning it’s an older property so you hear showers and noisy utes at 6sm

Good friendly manager who gave us an upgrade for no more charge! Within easy walking distances to beach ,jetty,harbour marina and restaurants! Right at train station which didn't disturb us sleeping. Most certainly stay again.
