Room smelled like cigarettes and paper thin walls meant being disturbed at 5:45am by adjoining cabins. High TV mounting made hooking up HDMI cable extremely difficult. Bed rolled around the floor at slightest movement, couldn’t sit up in bed as it rolled away from wall.

Was pretty clean and comfortable except Beds are very hard. Well priced but could do with some extras like extra towels and blankets, a hand towel, washing up liquid, a chux to wipe benches, a water jug for the fridge and ice cube trays. Lovely Stay
Lovely big home, great location.We had a family event to attend at the Grafton Racecourse, it was walkable distance.We enjoyed coming back to the house and socialising on the wraparound verandah.Perfect for larger groups of friends or families.
