"The only reasons I didn’t give 5 stars is because couple hours after checking in my husband went outside and was coming back inside and the same front desk agent that checked us in stopped him and was basically interrogating him asking if he had a room there and even after showing her the key fab thing she was still asking questions I’m very disappointed about that, and we were placed on the side where train passes regularly and that was super annoying especially when you want to get some sleep, and the hotel wasn’t even that full for her to place us there! otherwise the place is very modern, clean and breakfast was good and convenient. "

"Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Was there when it was very cold out. And the hotel was VERY cold. Had to get a space heater in my room to make it bearable. The heater was blowing cool air. At the breakfast buffet, people had their winter coats on."
