"Beautiful villa just a short drive from Lucca. The room was relatively basic but with an incredibly comfortable bed and in quiet surroundings. The breakfast was fresh and varied and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for an early morning dip before exploring the surrounding hills and town. I would happily stay here again. "

"Staff was great, lots of customer parking belonging to the hotel , the hotel is located close to a mall , no grocery stores available but great food court, and every brands available. Room was spacious. Close to the train station to fo downtown."

Massimo was happy to share restaurant recommendations, helpful driving and parking tips, along with anything else we asked of him. His response time to our calls or texts was immediate. "Warning this hotel is I'm the middle of nowhere. Worse than that it is in an industrial zone trucks will wake you up. No coffee shops, no groceries for fresh fruit, no water bottles in the room. Hard to reach the city center. Save the taxis money and get a better hotel near transportation and shops."

"Convenient stay between Pisa and Firenze. Easy to walk to Empoli train station for day trips to both cities. Hotel is clean and quiet despite being on a main road. Breakfast is good and service is fast. Concierge were very helpful. "
