"The location of the hotel is one of its biggest pull factors, not least because of the ability to properly ski in/ski out. The staff were all generally helpful, especially at the front desk, spa, and Dmitry the driver. However, the hotel doesn’t feel as ‘modern’ as described and the rooms are fairly uninspiring. Water pressure in the showers isn’t great which means having all the alternative shower points (lateral, spray, etc) rather pointless. It’s also frustrating that you have to pay an extra €25 to use the swimming pool and spa as a hotel guest because it’s already expensive. "

"The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid."

We stayed in almost the same place last year, and wanted to avoid having to climb that hill every night. The location arrow suggested it was closer to town. But no real big deal.The apartment was fine (it could do with a bit of a refresh) but the lack of duvet sheets was a bit of a shock.All in all though, a good trip"
