"Very unfriendly staff. The restroom shower flooded and the only think they offered was towels. Never did they resolved the problem. Very expensive hotel to have a flooded restroom. Very disappointed. "

The area directly outside the hotel gate was very sketchy especially if you are traveling solo. Once in the very narrow entrance of the property, you feel safe. "

"if you plan to leave the property know that there aren't many taxi or Ubers available and you will spend a lot of money alone on transportation. the rooms were cheap but the rides were more so in all fairness I would stay closer to Florence where there is more available transportation like a bus route. it took a long time to find a taxi to the train station and we spent almost double what we paid for the stay just to get a ride. "

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service. Our rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. We also had a fantastic dinner at the resort. The food was absolutely delicious and a true highlight of our visit. While there was some construction taking place during our stay, it truly didn't take away from the natural beauty of the grounds. The resort is situated in the perfect location for visiting Tuscany’s most scenic spots, and the nearby town of San Casciano in Val di Pesa is such a quaint, lovely place to walk around.
