"A true 5 star property in an excellent area, central Barcelona, on the edge of the Gothic Quarter. 15 minute walk to the Barcelona Cathedral and shops/mall. The Staff at the hotel is excellently trained and the building is beautifully maintained. We were very lucky to have the "Ronnie Wood" suite offered to us for a reasonable additional fee and it was money well spent. This hotel is really worth the money. So many others in this area are over rated."

"The hotel’s location can not be better, close to many tourist attractions ( some are within walking distance), yet, it’s sitting back from the top busy street in Barcelona. Tons of food and shopping places close by too. Room is very spacious with sitting area, bathroom design is very modern yet unique too. There is also a very comfortable lounge on the second floor, with access all day long. Hotel staffs are very nice too. I would strongly recommend this hidden gem to friends. Thanks! 👍👍"

"Glad that we were allowed to check in early after a long flight. Apartment is facing the courtyard, which is peaceful, and it’s spacious and beautifully decorated. The elevator looked like it survived WW1 and WW2. Very interesting. Counter staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay again if visiting Barcelona."

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful! It is in a perfect location, walkable to many sights, shopping, and dining. Outside the hotel is very busy, yet the hotel room was extremely quiet. One of the two elevators was mal-functioning, which was a bit of an inconvenience, but they were working hard to make it operational again. Staff were all wonderful!"
