The location was great for us as we walked from the hotel to points of interest. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room. The room was comfortable snd clean and had everything we needed to have breakfast and a light supper.

Good location relative to city centre, but a huge stadium is being erected opposite the apartments with work going on during the night. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Comfortable and perfect for our group of 4. Fairly quiet given the central location with little noise making it through to the rooms. Close to a lot of great cafes. A/C in the main room was great but the bedrooms did get very warm with the doors closed.

The property is in good condition, the check in was fast, no issues parking a vehicle. The room was spacios and well equipped, the only concern is that the windows do not open and the ventilation fan was quite loud. There is a supermarket within few minutes walk. Also, they build a new stadium across the street but we did not hear any construction noise.

Good location with free car parking and wifi. Beds could do with a new mattress and pillows as felt the springs and dipped in the middle, the same goes for the shower, no pressure as clogged with limescale.

Vwry good staff, communication was perfect, only negative was the lack of parking, had to park on the road and was told in the morning ( yelled at) by some workman that they were going to tow my car, when i was heading down tbe road to have breakfast, nothing to say no parking and was a normal carpark spot.

Not necessary from their team and certainly a terrible way to finish your stay. We will monitor the car parking situation as the stadium becomes more apparent... we will also monitor any unnecessary feedback given to our guests from council-engaged contractors. Safe to say I will follow this up with the local council to ensure this doesn't occur again.Kind Regards

We stayed for two nights at a studio with well equipped kitchen and laundry facility.The manager and reception staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when after one night, we asked for a firmer mattress as one of us had a back muscle sprain a few weeks ago. They changed us to a bigger studio with a firm mattress and accessible bathroom. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work.

This property is a bit away from downtown, far enough to be quiet, but close enough you can walk everywhere. The staff was amazingly helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect for us, was quiet and the staff really helpful and friendly. However, the bed we had was very uncomfortable. Both sides felt like there was a huge divot where you had to sleep and if you tried to sleep a little bit to either side, you automatically rolled into the divot. This was the only downside to our stay, however it left us both feeling exhausted due to lack of quality sleep.

Right beside the new stadium; near a college and grocery store; decent size room; good shower and laundry; well stocked kitchenette for utensils and crockery. Late arrivals need to figure out access protocol. House rules are clear & comprehensive.

Excellent value! Kitchen, washing machine, dryer, free parking and our room was serviced daily. The property was immaculate as was our room. Location is central with New Regent St and Little High Eatery within walking distance. Book this property if you want nice, convenient accom at a bargain price.
