Good location let down by lack of maintenance
Pros: good location, traffic noise not too loud, beds reasonably comfortable. Cons: Very much not cleaned regularly or properly, ants in kitchen, toilet not cleaned. Nowhere near enough power points, staff difficult to find even during opening hours. It seems like this place has been gradually falling into disrepair and the kitchen was well overdue a remodel with broken cupboards and lots of grime everywhere. I would probably have been a lot more happy with this place if it was a ‘you get what you pay for’ deal but it was substantially more expensive than a much cleaner and more spacious motel just down the road which we also stayed at. Would not recommend unfortunately.

Unable to get into carparks or out of the driveway at several different times of the day and night as some guests had multiple vehicles. No where to turn safely. Loud guests with music and yelling.

Convenient motel. 2 bedroom unit a little dated in style. Toilet door could do with a swap out to a sliding one for ease of bathroom use. Comfy bed. Quick & friendly out of hours service for a lighting issue we discovered.

Very ran down property.The kitchen has got dirty and worn out pot and fry pan that should not be using anymore. Broken ceiling in the bathroom.

I liked that it was clean and tidy. Nice for a relaxing weekend. And the staff member we dealt with was amazing. Although the car parking was not ideal as everytime others came in we had to move our car a number of times then other cars would take our car park. Also another complaint we had was that the wifi turned off around 6pm each night. We're were not happy having to hot spot the children on their phones. Then it would come back on in the morning but always off at 6pm.

Dirty in most areas with spider webs in bathroom, toilet and shower. Told to park anywhere but then asked to move as designated parking despite opposite being stayed in welcome sheet and on website. Had to phone several times to get someone for check in as office unattended and was after 2pm. Single bed mattress on a lean with springs being felt. POSITIVE NOTE received a fan as no air con and 30 degrees.

Lovely customer service at the front desk Very budget accommodation tho. Light in room was making noises so had to remove the bulb. Floor and couches were stained and just gave a dirty feel making me not enjoy my stay. Dated accommodation could do with a upgrade.

Seemed fine at first but lots of ants in the room and then a cockroach. Also found used womens underwear left in the room. Addressed this with management but nothing was done. Apart from that, it was conveniently located and the room was modern. Check in and out was easy.

The property was cheap but needs updating. Good location, no milk in fridge, front office was not open so we never meet anyone there. Keys are left in a lock box

Not flash at all.
The room was not ready when I arrived they said to come back in a couple of hours so I did, then it still wasn't ready and told me to come back in an hour, an hour and a half later it was finally ready. There was someone's hair all over the shower wall. The pillows were like thin concrete blocks and killed my neck. There is no one on-site to help out in the mornings.

This property needs a reno as its very outdated with old furniture and amenities and the room didn't feel clean. Had trouble finding a plug to charge our phones. When we checked in the girl said sorry our room doesn't have net curtains they were stolen by the previous occupants!! So had to keep the curtains closed the entire time as unit overlooked driveway and other guests walking past. Felt unsafe for the remainder of our stay. Would not recommend this hotel.
