"Had a wonderful stay at Quill Residence. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and shopping areas. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very helpful and responsive. The room was spacious, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay. "Great food and drink options. Rooms looked clean and fine. But toilet and bathroom was clogged, asked someone to come via phone but no one showed up in the end so we just left it at that. Lovely place but the room amenities and service attentiveness should be better"

"A crashpad indeed! Small but mighty I would describe the rooms as. Bed was raised and was comfortable, good lights in the room. Bathroom was a masterclass in how to maximise a small space!! Shower was also excellent. Room could perhaps use a few more shelves or cupboard to help with storage etc Great view from our room We would highly recommend. Lots of places to eat nearby, walking distance to the train/MRT station Staff were nice and friendly Good vibes all round!"

Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur

Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur

10/10 Excellent
"Very good location. Tons of restaurants and shopping in the area. There are three major shopping malls within walking distance including the pavilion mall in Bukit Betang. Also, jallon alor street food market is within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was excellent. In addition, afternoon tea and evening cocktails at the Horizon club was great."
