"Excellent and well kept property near Surin beach. Rooms and beds are excellent. The pool area is amazing and staff is super friendly . We had awesome time here. Bfast menu is too good with so much variety. The only drawback was that location is far away from city and hard to reach downtown. "

"What an amazing place. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities all look very new. The location on a beautiful beach was spectacular (especially sunsets). The breakfast included traditional English, French, American and Thai options. We never ate lunch! Staff helped us make reservations at a local steak house and recommended a tailor who did excellent work. Hope to stay again some day. "

"Dusit Thani is definitely above the market standards for Phuket, yet quite reasonably priced (we came off season). Our net-based hotel booking service made a significant error but, despite understandably sticking to its advertised no-refund policy, the hotel came up with a solution that was very acceptable to us and gave us a better holiday than we could have hoped for. The included breakfast was world class and exceptional variety. It is the staff that make or break a resort, and the staff here are well selected and well trained. The resort opens into a 6km beach, with other resorts in both directions. But ours was cleanest, no rubbish in the sand even after a storm. Dusit Thani is some distance from the major tourist attractions, but that makes the area safer to walk. And taxis are a small cost to pay for staying in a quiet safe area. Highly recommended."

"Hotel and restaurant staff are all very friendly and eager to please. Not much to see or do immediately near the hotel. Unless you are a surfer. There is a great surfing beach directly across the street. Made for some great people watching. Hotel is a bit dated but clean. "

"Staff were super friendly, everytime you walk by reception they ll all shout out - morning or something friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Room was lovely, bed was huge and comfy. The swimming pool and the whole Laguna area makes you feel like top class tourists. So convenient with restaurants beside, can go to boat Avenue for .50 baht tuk tuk organised for you or can walk only 15 mins. Great massages places outside Laguna, beach right beside. I love it so much I m planning to buy a place in Laguna. "
