"Staff was friendly from the bell hops, concierge to housekeeping. Prime location for visitors who plan on arriving from YVR via Canada Line. Also close proximity to the Expo Line and Sea Bus. Didn’t need to rent a vehicle for my entire stay of 7 days. Also a plus, it’s across the street from the waterfront."

"Carpet was dirty, low ceilings, smells like old antique wooden house basement, doors and walls have been painted several times. Rooms are smaller than expected. "

"The hotel is in a great location form exploring downtown Vancouver with parking available for a fee. The rooms themselves have the necessities and the small kitchen came in handy during our trip. It would be great if the front desk staff communicated with housekeeping as we had to ask for extra towels every single day as they only left one towel per bed, not one per person even though we had 4 people on the booking."

"Clean and Modern aesthetic "

"Rooms were clean and quite nice. Lots of restaurants within walking distance .Close to the False creek seawall ,which is great for walking and running. Staff were great ,although second last day our room was not cleaned ,and on the last day front desk clerk very reluctant agreed to a 1 hour extension on check out. We got back about 30 mins before ,and our access card was blocked Other then these issues a great spot to stay "

"The hotel was super clean, the room was excellent and always well kept. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and also suggested some great restaurants in the city. Staff even brought us a mini fridge to our room free of charge. They also even have hotel dogs that you can pet while they're working :)"
