"Rooms were clean and quiet and well appointed. The bedding was not the greatest, but we slept well enough. We had plenty of space and we enjoyed the Neon Mallard. There is no onsite staff to talk to, and the text responses were not excellent. It would be great if they had someone on-site during the day in the bar area that could attend to small things. For example, we ran out of coffee filters on our last morning and I was unable to simply walk to a front desk to ask for more. We've been to a lot of re-done motor lodges and usually love them, but this one fell short in a few ways. "

"Everything was good except after paying Hotels.com online for my 2 night stay the Sky Ute Casino Resort charged my credit card for the room at check in. When I told them I already paid Hotels.com they took the charge off my card. Then about one hour after check out the resort hotel charged my card a second time for the room. After calling about the over charge they took the charge off again."

"Hotel is extremely dirty. Dirty nasty old used mattresses in the hallways and the entryway of the building."

"Everything was clean enough and staff was friendly. Our toilet was wobbly. We were on the guest floor and got woken up by footsteps in the middle of the night and early in the morning."

"We had such a wonderful time on our vacation! The view was great, even with the rain, and we took advantage of the fire pit for marshmallows. Everything felt very clean, and the full kitchen was great for making a quick, cheap dinner. My partner kept exclaiming how much she could live here due to how perfect of a set-up it was. We’re already planning our next trip back and trying to convince a few friends to join us - which shouldn’t be hard with the pics we took."

"Everything was great minus our room. The AC wasn't working and the room was close to 80 degrees. The maintenance guys fixed it, but it didn't change the temperature. Two nights out of three were spent in very hot conditions which made it hard to sleep. "
