"We love Club Wyndham Pagosa, we stay there during October almost every year. Everyone there is so helpful and kind. The units are very nice, we love having a sitting area and kitchen. We love to see the deer just hanging out and enjoying the area. It is nice to see them so comfortable and at ease."

"We arrived during a rain storm and needed something quickly. The staff was awesome and the check-in was easy. They didn't have a room that was approved for pets, but the staff were very accommodating in finding a solution for us. We ended up with a huge master suite with a lakeside view. The next morning was straight out of a masterpiece painting. It was one of the most gorgeous sunrises that I've ever seen. It was the cherry on top for the last day of our vacation."

"Met my brother. sister and their spouses in Pagosa for a long weekend. House was very comfortable and well furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed, coffee pot was great (very important :-)), and close to Pagosa yet beautiful location in nice area. We'll be back."

"We had a great time in Pagosa. The room was very clean and nice. The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was our patio was facing the parking lot and not the mountains or lake."

"Appreciated location in a quieter area and just a few miles from Pagosa Springs as well as great hiking areas. Dogs appreciated the larger yard and friendliness of property, I.e large and small dog bed, stuffy toy and a small fenced area if needed. Large front deck with small patio table and grill was great for all of us to chill together. The house itself was pretty and homey. Plenty of comfortable seating and quiet loft sitting area outside of upstairs bedroom. Appreciated box and pedestal fans at property as well as 2 large ceiling fans in living room. Couple issues that I would suggest fixing. Some of the windows were hard to open and could not be opened at all due to missing crank handles. Difficult to find hot water on single handle kitchen faucet. All in all this is a nice property that we’ll consider staying at again."

"Most well stocked vacation rental ever - outside of essentials they had more games than I have ever seen as well as all that we could ask for in equipment for enjoying the lake!! (Kayak, paddle boards, life vests, fishing poles, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed the fire table on the patio and the hot tub as well! We would definitely come back!"
