The newly remodeled room had a shower the size of a closet, no room. The toilet seat was not the right size. The faucet was so close to the back of the sink the toothbrush kept hitting the sink. I have pictures. Who is inspecting these properties ?? You need better corporate oversight

Room was run down and had cracks between the window and the out side, no breakfast even though it said there was, side parking did not feel safe. Location was good for hot springs.

We paid $175 to stay in the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. From the person that checked us in to the bed, toilet and cleanliness of bathroom, it was disgusting. If we didn't want a hot shower so desperately, we would've left immediately.

My room was so quiet, clean and comfortable. I got much needed rest after a very long drive. The location was great and ir was easy to walk around. There is a beautiful walking path along the river where we got to see lots of wildlife. Great experience. Staff was so nice and helpful.

We were on a road trip through Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado. We were excited to soak in the Hot Springs, which was right across the street from the Quality Inn. We asked for a ground floor room (getting older and not wanting to lug our stuff up the stairs). They were very accommodating. The room was newly remodeled, shower and mirror was high tech and so quiet. Breakfast was included - nothing too fancy but satisfying.

The hotel was under construction. There was no electricity for most of the day. Our heater sounded like a diesel truck running in your room. Breakfast was a joke. They didn’t have the parking lot plowed. No elevator.

The rooms were ok. I could tell they were about to upgrade everything because there was remodel material staged everywhere. It looks like it will be nicer one day. Staff was great, breakfast was alright, I'm a sticker for coffee and waffles. Rims should be discounted till remodel is done though. Very cute town tho. Hotel is well located for that.

The staffs was very friendly, the hotel needs a lot of repair the ceiling is falling apart. The room was cleaned but the hotel had a terrible smell. The breakfast not too much to choose.
