Wonderful experience

I shared the room with a friend, and every night we felt we were coming home to a welcoming, cheerful, clean and comfortable place. The people at the desk were very nice. There are restaurants within walking distance. The full breakfast every day was excellent.

After going to a horrible and dirty airbnb, I booked here and I am so glad I did. The front desk staff are super friendly as well as everyone who works there. Beds comfy, breakfast great, awesome location to target to get groceries for the little kitchenette. I would stay here again and recommend this place 10000 percent!

Great place to stay for a family. We liked the 2-bedroom suite very much. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen was very convenient. Bathroom is a little tight, but adequate and split between a shower/toilet room and a sink room. Area is great for walking--I walked 3 or 4 miles every morning. Nearby Target is convenient for getting groceries, etc. Nearby mall is also easy to get to. Highly recommend this hotel!

Evette, The other manager and the housekeeping staff left me and my friends Speechless! They were so nice and so accommodating! Anything we needed they were on it with no hesitation. One of the best Hotel for visiting Chicago

This hotel is amazing. All staffs are really kind and the room s are clean and quiet. The kitchen is well maintained and all utilities work well.

Great cozy room with a full kitchen, nice layout, big TV and couch. Very nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Hot breakfast with decent coffee and even non-dairy milks available. Lots and lots of smells on our way to and from the room. That was the worst part.

Overall this is a good place to stay! I stayed for a while, over 2 weeks, so I feel like I was able to get a good feel of how the place is. For starters, the area is really nice and safe. Shopping and dining options near by that you could walk or drive to. As a female traveling solo I felt like I was in a good area. Parking was fine as well. Breakfast was daily and it was standard. Would be nice if they would rotate some dishes instead of the same thing everyday. Not much variety in my opinion so I didn’t use it as much. They have laundry facilities in the buildings but I didn’t use them since they were $3 a washer and dryer & one of the washers had a lot of detergent still in the bottom so that was a turnoff for me. My main issue with this place and why I wouldn’t give 5 stars was based on two things: staff & housekeeping. My first day, the staff member I met was amazingly sweet and kind. Later that evening I needed maintenance for an issue & they never showed up & man at the desk was rude, so I handled it myself. Other staff members were rude at times and didn’t even greet you. Felt like I was bothering them when I spoke. Didn’t like that. Housekeeping is supposed to come every other day and I kid you not out of my 17 days they came 3 times and only did a refresh. I asked about a full clean since the floor needed vacuuming and it still never happened. Minor service issues in my opinion but the place itself is nice & clean. I’d stay again just need to fix a few things.

This hotel and Expedia sold me a room , when I got there the front desk told me they didn’t have any rooms available. They sold them all. Including my room. You can imagine after driving hours how mad I was. Expedia and this property sold my room. This has never happened to me before . This was an expensive room and a nice area but looks like they are disorganized as Expedia is. Expedia found me another hotel with a simple room. Nothing like the one I booked. I will probably starting using other apps to book my hotels. Like hopper and others. The representative from Expedia just wanted to cancel my booking and send the money back in a week to my credit card. Expedia didn’t do anything worth to repair the problems they caused other than give me a small useless discount for a day in another hotel in the future. The Expedia person was ready to hang up on me when I called them .
