The entrance and lobby of hotel is not grand or too inviting. But the aroma of the hotels signature scent is very inviting. The rooms, restaurant and roof top lounge are all very sexy. Nobu is the perfect escape away from the suburbs or just a night out.

Excellent service— friendly staff. My only concern was that the bench at the foot of the bed in Room 822 was filthy. The room and bathroom however were both clean. I didn’t complain since this was the only aspect of my stay that was uncomfortable. Perhaps when the cleaning staff observes stains on the furniture— it should be reported, cleaned or removed.

The property is in a good location, very walkable and close to public transportation. The staff is excellent in every aspect of the hotel from doorman to housekeeping. Of course the food at Nobu restaurant is excellent as well.

We thought we try this place as it appeared to be extraordinary. However, for it to be a Nobu Spirit, there was a lot of dust in our room… specifically the vents and walls. The shower was mediocre, I thought it would feel more like a spa experience but the shower head is ordinary. I will stick to the Four Seasons for the tranquil ambiance.

The staff was so attentive during my stay!! I celebrated a special occasion at Nobu and the manager, Robert, was beyond sweet and helpful prior to my arrival when coordinating special accommodations. When I arrived the staff and valet were so sweet and took care of everything I could’ve asked for. 10/10 my best trip ever.

Excellent staff at check in! Great room EXCEPT very loud on 10th floor! Party going on past 1 am with loud music and then woke up to vacuuming in the hallway at 7:30am on a Sunday. We were upgraded to a city view room but I can’t help but wonder if our upgrade was available due to the fact that there was a big party event going on… Side note—The dinner at Nobu was fantastic!!!
