The room was very nice and clean. As well as the grounds of the building. My only opinion of improvement is the bathroom could have better lighting, kinda dark. And no microwave in the room, really needed one. Besides that my family and i were very comfortable.

Family vacation

First time visit to Chicago to see family. We usually stay at Hyatt because I know what they provide. I like the spacious rooms, the complimentary breakfast and the indoor pool was a plus. Room was a little outdated, but with the reasonable pricing, overall we would stay here again.
