"We were greeted by a wonderful friendly manager (owner?) who stopped traffic so we could find a free parking space, helped us with our luggage, give us great suggestions for sights and food and generally made us feel very welcome. "Luigi the owner was great. I booked the property at 10pm and there was no issue with him. The previous night I had stayed at another hotel and they charged me 15 euro for checking in after 8pm. And even though it was a little hard to understand him, he tried really hard to makes us feel welcome. He is a great guy "
