The hotel is charming. Rooms are large, comfortable, well-maintained and clean. The staff was great. We would have liked clearer advance instructions about how to arrive with a car and unload luggage. The hotel is in a very car-restricted zone. GPS tells you "You've arrived" when you are outside the restricted area. To drive close, you have to navigate through pedestrians and sidewalk cafés. Also, while the breakfast buffet was lovely, the restaurant was closed during our 3-day stay.

"Hotel and staff were helpful. Hotel listed a hot tub as amenities but neglected to list it as seasonal which was disappointing as it’s the main reason our booking. Having a breakfast was a bonus but the coffee was from a machine and tepid."
