"our state was extremely good up until the last five minutes. My wife and I are older and expected a little bit of help with the bags to the car the clerk that helped her out with the bags and push the bag towards the curb and that was the end of it turned around and walked inside. Most of the staff I would say 90% we’re fantastic. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for access to the Christmas market in good food"

"We just checked out after 6 night stay and will come back to this same hotel after visiting Porto for 5 nights. Very satisfied with our room size and condition. Friendly staffs and love the mattress as we had very good sleeps everyday. First impression upon check in was so-so due to small reception area and elevator starts on First Floor. These were just minor issues. After checking in, we became happy about the hotel condition, location, and great staffs (and great shower water pressure!). We are happy to be back after five nights away in Porto. "
