We loved this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and the service was attentive. The area is noisy but that is well advertised, it is on pink street. The sound proofing is good. I would definitely stay again

We were amazed at the check-in process as we were treated very well and given an upgrade. We were escorted to our room and the amenities were thoroughly explained. There was attention to detail from the pink toilet paper and dish towels to the snacks. It is located on Pink Street so there is street noise, but they have thick black out shutters for the windows so it did not bother us. They also provide ear plugs if need be. Even the express breakfast was yummy and arrived on time! We’ll be back!

The staff were amazing and accommodating. We had a dinner recommendation from the staff to go to in Chiado and it was superior. We loved the added amenities such as the provided snacks and drinks. The AC worked very well. The laundry was a bonus. Very neat to look out at the bustling pink street.

Hotel on the Pink Street was amazing. The staff were so kind, accommodating and responsive. Their partnership with Corpo Santo hotel elevates the experience and the convenience. Many amenities, including access to the spa at Corpo and a washer/dryer. The noise level of Pink Street wasn’t an issue at all; The apartment was very sound proof. There were little treats that made the experience one of a kind.

The property was fantastic and the staff could not have been more kind and flexible. From ordering breakfast with the simplicity of a text message, the staff were always available and everything was so easy! We checked in at night and the area felt a little bit sketchy (it is definitely right up in a very popular nightlife area with people out VERY late) but the area was super cleaned up by morning and felt safe. The building itself has ample layers of security and the apartments are so well appointed, clean, and have every convenience you can think of! Easily walkable to many tourist areas! Highly recommend The House on Pink Street!

Great stay! Loved this hotel. Beautiful room, well appointed, new, very clean, tidy. Small but functional modern kitchen. Washer dryer is really helpful. The staff were excellent. We felt really taken care of by them. Special treats arrived every afternoon. Yummy! What a nice touch! Housekeeping was also excellent. Their sister hotel (Corpo Santo) nearly next door has a great sauna/spa for use, free. Loved it. Will go back for sure!

There was 3 of us who stayed there on a girls trip and we loved everything about it. The space was clean and comfortable. The employees were so friendly and accessible. We ordered the express breakfast and it was delivered every morning at the time we selected. It was the perfect start each day with the classic European breakfast. Really glad we booked this apartment. Had all the amenities we could want or need and the host Joana was very responsive and so welcoming. Really appreciated the little treats we got throughout the week. The area is in a great location. Although it’s located right on pink street we didn’t find it noisy from the parties and bars and felt safe even walking around at night. Close to the train station, main areas, the water was just around the corner and great dining options. Would definitely stay here again!

We were bummed we only got to stay one night here as our flight was the next day but the property and room were great. Room was large and came with a little kitchen area with a fridge and laundry machine which is great if you packed light and needed to wash your clothes. It was right on pink street and we got to tour the local area that night and next morning. If you don’t mind the noise and hustle at night it’s a great place, they provided ear plugs.

Very nice and clean room. Adequately stocked kitchen if you want to cook . Location of this property is in a late nght bar area so it was kinda loud but window shuutters did help .Friendly staff.
