The Andaz Lisbon is, without question, one of the most exceptional hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, the property is stunning—the décor is effortlessly chic, the rooms are beautifully designed and incredibly luxurious, and every detail feels thoughtful, elevated, and distinctly Lisbon. But as gorgeous as the hotel is, what truly makes the Andaz Lisbon extraordinary is the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. This wasn’t simply great hospitality—it was the kind of service where you feel that the people around you actually care about your experience. The team consistently went above and beyond, finding little ways to make every interaction feel personal and every moment feel special. No request ever felt like an inconvenience, and their kindness never felt rehearsed or transactional. There is something incredibly rare about a luxury hotel that can be this beautiful and sophisticated while still making you feel completely at home. The Andaz Lisbon manages to do exactly that. You arrive as a guest, but the staff makes you feel like you’re being welcomed back by people who are genuinely happy to have you there. We absolutely fell in love with this hotel. There are plenty of beautiful places to stay in Lisbon, but after experiencing the Andaz, this is the only place we’ll ever stay when we return. The property itself is spectacular, but the people are what make it unforgettable.

Beautiful hotel located in the best location in Lisbon. The hotel is brand new and has beautiful decorated rooms. We had a great stay. The rooof top breakfast was amazing with incredible staff. The front desk staff is mediocre. Actually carried my own bags to my car. But overall it’s an excellent place
