After a chaotic week and some disappointing hotel experiences, their warm welcome and seamless check-in were a lifesaver. The staff, especially the manager, provided exceptional service. "Communication was not great, if check in is 3pm and you won’t provide the door pin till check in (even when we message at 1pm) then you need to send the pin at 3pm. I messaged multiple times to get the pin. We got the pin at 7pm… after calling Stayz the company. Some beds are just mattresses on the floor too "
